Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience recruiting for technical AI research teams or similarly specialized technical roles
• Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical domains and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Exceptional sourcer across research labs, startups, academia, open source, and other nontraditional channels
• Willing to take creative, white-glove approaches to engaging and closing exceptional talent
• Trusted advisor who can build credibility with highly technical leaders and candidates
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to help shape searches when the profile isn't fully defined
• Data-driven and highly organized, with ability to manage multiple complex searches
• High ownership, low ego, strong judgment, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Highly resourceful and fluent with modern AI tools for sourcing and recruiting operations
