Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Prior experience managing a team, with track record of developing talent and driving performance
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools with ability to develop platform expertise
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running training or client-facing sessions
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
