Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification
• 5+ years practicing law at a top-tier firm or in-house with client-facing experience
• 4+ years direct people-management experience building high-performing teams
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders including partners, GCs and legal ops leaders
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and modern legal team challenges
• Success in customer-facing advisory, success, legal tech or innovation roles
• Thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments driving strategy and execution
• Strong interest in AI transforming the legal industry
