Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Prior experience managing a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with ability to quickly develop platform expertise
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running training, workshops or client-facing sessions
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
