Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in litigation, investigations, arbitration, disputes, regulatory or compliance at a leading firm
• Prior experience managing a team with track record of developing talent and driving performance
• Strong understanding of litigation and disputes workflows including research, drafting, discovery and matter management
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
• Strong commercial instincts to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience leading trainings, workshops or demos
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environment with pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
