Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within high-growth technology or professional services
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence without authority
• Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action to build structure where none exists
• Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus
