Requirements

• JD degree and licensed to practice in California or New York in good standing
• 4-6+ years of relevant legal experience in M&A transactions with ability to flex across adjacent corporate matters
• At least 4 years in M&A group of a top-tier law firm, preferably as 5th year+ associate with buy-side experience for fast-growing tech companies
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and think creatively under tight timelines
• Team-focused, collaborative, with strong ownership and comfort operating independently
• Exceptional communication skills and intellectual curiosity with sound, solutions-oriented judgment
