Requirements

• Built internal applications and integrations at a fast-moving company
• Led a small engineering team including hiring and performance management
• Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS across CRM, HRIS, ERP, IdP, marketing automation and CX
• Understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire and post-sale support flows
• Applied LLMs or AI agents to production problems with evaluation and guardrails
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams
