A hands-on learning leader who loves building curricula from scratch and cares about helping lawyers master AI. You blend instructional craft with AI workflows and thrive guiding a small team in a fast-shipping environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in learning experience design, instructional design or learning architecture for a technical product, including 2+ years leadership experience
• Track record building a leveled, persona-based curriculum or certification program from scratch, including competency models, assessments and pass standards
• Hands-on production skill in at least two of: long-form writing, video or audio
• Fluency with AI tools and experience designing workflows where models draft and people review
• Experience running a CMS (e.g., Sanity) and an LMS (e.g. Skilljar) and using learning data to set priorities and measure results
• Experience teaching lawyers or other professionals, or familiarity with CLE accreditation, is a plus
