Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in Portuguese; Spanish preferred
• Background in legal firms or SaaS managing high volume of clients or cases
• Excellent communication and strategic planning to influence stakeholders
• Results-driven with ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks
• Empathetic, structured, motivated and collaborative team-first mindset
• Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst preferred
