• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, establish clear owners and timelines, and drive follow-through.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Strong business judgment and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
