Requirements

• 1–3+ years in HR, People Operations, onboarding, event management, or related operations/coordination role
• Experience with an HRIS, Workday strongly preferred, plus familiarity with onboarding workflows
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through with ability to close loops independently
• Flexibility and composure in fast-paced, ambiguous environment managing multiple competing tasks
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with confidence owning a room for large cohorts
• Comfort with global context including multi-country documents, regional compliance and time zones
