Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or similar operational role in a fast-growing company
• Track record of turning messy, undefined processes into clear, repeatable and reliable workflows
• Hands-on automation experience with AI or workflow tools with discipline to hand off for maintenance
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets
• Strong cross-functional skills partnering with analytics and AI teams and explaining trade-offs
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action
• Nice to have: experience with an ATS such as Ashby
