Requirements

• Experience building ML infrastructure, distributed systems, or research tooling with ownership of performance and reliability
• Strong generalist software engineering skills across backend services, data systems, and internal tools
• Experience with distributed training or inference including diagnosing bottlenecks and failures
• Understanding of post-training workflows including RL rollouts and agent environments a plus
• Practical judgment on build vs adopt and ability to partner with researchers and ship quickly
