Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools, Excel, and BI tools
• Experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data
• Ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and explain it to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong cross-functional skills: you can influence stakeholders and get them to act on your findings
