Requirements

• 4-7 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing or community, ideally B2B SaaS
• Proven end-to-end content production experience
• Excellent writer and interviewer able to earn trust with senior leaders
• Experience building or running events, customer communities and advocacy programmes
• Strong relationship instincts with customers, Sales and Customer Success
• Highly organised, able to run multiple stories and stakeholders at once
• Comfortable working autonomously and building from scratch in fast-moving environments
• Familiarity with using AI to scale work
