Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive global mobility experience including in-house corporate mobility
• Deep practical knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and ability to assess options and counsel recommendations
• Experience across relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel
• Working knowledge of tax, payroll, compensation, benefits, equity, and employment considerations for cross-border moves
• Experience independently managing complex, time-sensitive matters with sound judgment
• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors and improving operations via documentation and automation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with credibility and empathy
• Collaborative, hands-on approach comfortable in fast-paced evolving environment
