Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including meaningful in-house corporate mobility experience
• Deep, practical knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration with ability to assess options and pressure-test counsel
• Experience across the broader mobility lifecycle including relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work and business travel
• Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, benefits, equity and employment considerations for cross-border moves
• Experience independently managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive matters with sound judgment
• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors and improving operations through documentation and automation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence and explain requirements empathetically
• Collaborative, hands-on approach and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
