Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive global mobility experience including in-house corporate mobility role
• Deep practical knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration with ability to assess options and translate legal advice
• Experience across relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work and business travel
• Working knowledge of tax, payroll, compensation, benefits, equity and employment considerations for cross-border moves
• Experience independently managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive matters with sound judgment
• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors and driving service quality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clarity and empathy
• Collaborative, hands-on approach comfortable in fast-paced evolving environment
