Requirements

• 6+ years in corporate IT engineering, systems engineering or SRE with 2+ years owning shared infrastructure or automation for a SaaS-first company
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience managing real systems with Terraform or similar in Git with PR review and CI
• Solid scripting in Python plus Bash, PowerShell or Go with maintainable, readable code
• Hands-on identity and provisioning experience with SAML, OIDC, SCIM and lifecycle automation in Okta or Entra
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP including IAM, accounts and cost basics
• Comfort with DNS, TLS and certificate management and basic enterprise networking
• Experience building trusted monitoring and alerting and writing reusable runbooks
• Clear written communication explaining changes, risks and rollbacks to non-engineers
