Requirements

• Engineering management experience with 10+ years hands-on infrastructure or platform engineering in production
• Deep strength across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, observability, CI/CD and IaC like Terraform or Pulumi
• Track record designing and scaling reliable distributed systems with sound performance and fault-tolerance judgment
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous needs to measurable outcomes
• Strong people leadership in hiring, coaching, accountability and high-performing team culture
• Clear, calm communication during incidents, escalations and customer-impacting situations
• Systems mindset with bias for simplicity and raising standards while moving fast
