Requirements

• 8-10+ years in Product Design with 5+ years directly managing product designers
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products
• Strong portfolio leading complex products from concept through launch with measurable impact
• Experience building B2B enterprise products
• Fluency with AI tooling and a point of view on how it changes design work
• Proven ability to lead design strategy and execution with Product and Engineering
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence, including with customers and executives
• Deep commitment to growing people and raising the craft bar
