Requirements

• J.D. with active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 8+ years at a law firm and/or in-house with marketing, advertising and commercial contracting exposure
• Strong command of advertising and marketing law, claims substantiation and consumer protection
• Working knowledge of privacy and data issues for targeted and direct-to-consumer marketing
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate high volume of marketing agreements independently
• Clear, practical judgment with business-first mindset under tight timelines
