Ideal candidate

A low-ego, hands-on motion storyteller from product-led tech who loves simplifying complex AI ideas into premium, clear narratives and raising the craft bar while shipping fast with marketing partners.

Requirements

• Experience building motion for brand, product, marketing, launch, or education contexts, ideally in a product-led technology company or high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio of motion work demonstrating storytelling, art direction, animation craft, visual systems thinking and ability to explain process
• Deep fluency in motion design tools and workflows such as After Effects, Figma, Cinema 4D, Lottie, Rive or comparable tools
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts visually with strong instincts for pacing, sequencing, hierarchy, narration and accessibility
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to clarify briefs, align with PMM and Marketing goals and prioritize stakeholder requests
