Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on multi-country payroll processing experience with strong Mexico payroll exposure
• Strong working knowledge of payroll, tax, social-security, and employment-related requirements
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, general-ledger interfaces, bank files, funding controls, and audit support
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including large dataset analysis and automation
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for confidentiality, accuracy, and process controls
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate risks early
• Experience working cross-functionally with People, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external vendors
• Experience supporting payroll providers; experience with Deel is a plus
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS/payroll systems is a strong advantage
