Requirements

• Own Workday HCM configuration including business processes, approval routing and worker lifecycle workflows
• Serve as Benefits systems expert owning plan configuration, eligibility and enrollment workflows
• Support recruiting systems administration, integrations and data quality
• Lead end-to-end solution design and enhancement projects from requirements through deployment
• Define testing strategy and diagnose complex system and data issues with durable fixes
• Advise senior stakeholders on system capabilities, tradeoffs and automation opportunities
