Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience including ownership of a user-facing product used every day in B2B or B2C
• Track record of building habits and driving adoption of new workflows
• Strong product and design judgment with high bar for craft
• Experience owning adoption or engagement outcomes using customer insight and data
• Experience both scaling an established product and launching something new
• High agency in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Clear, structured communication with ability to influence Engineering, Design, GTM and executives
• Experience building AI-powered products including defining quality of AI output
• Startup or 0→1 experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company
• Experience building document editing, productivity or collaboration tools
