Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company
• Built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully
• Experience working with AI-native products, ideally where model quality and output reliability are central
• Strong ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into recommendations and roadmap inputs
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority
• Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving environment
• Natural bridge builder fluent in strategy and comfortable in the weeds, creating clarity where none exists
