Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management or related role at high-growth SaaS
• Experience triaging and prioritizing inbound requests and issues at volume
• Comfortable assessing severity and impact of data and technical issues
• Experience managing external vendor and technology partner relationships
• Hands-on experience running early-access/beta programs and coordinating launches
• Strong written communication with clear requirements, playbooks and docs
• Proven cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering and GTM
