Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations at high-growth tech/SaaS
• Direct experience inside an integrations team that builds, ships, and supports third-party connections
• Working knowledge of APIs and MCP including auth, rate limits, and schemas
• Experience from an app store, marketplace, or partner ecosystem business
• Experience managing external technology or ISV partner relationships
• Hands-on experience running early-access/beta programs and coordinating launches
• Strong written communication with ability to create requirements, playbooks, and documentation
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
• Bias toward lightweight systems over heavy processes
