Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations at high-growth tech/SaaS
• Direct experience inside an integrations team building and supporting third-party connections
• Working knowledge of APIs and MCP including auth, rate limits and schemas
• Experience from an app store, marketplace or partner ecosystem with listings and certification
• Experience managing external technology/ISV partner relationships and delivery quality
• Hands-on experience running early-access/beta programs and coordinating launches
• Strong written communication for requirements, playbooks and documentation
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
