Requirements

• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting) to describe issues and verify fixes
• Experience with event and hospitality execution including catering and setups
• Comfort tracking spend, invoices, and POs and reporting to manager
• Strong judgment working with a remote manager
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Self-starter who builds process where none exists yet
• Calm and resourceful when things go sideways
• Knowledge of Toronto vendor market and Ontario workplace requirements is a plus
• Experience in serviced or flex office environment or supporting office opening/expansion is a plus
