Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience including ownership of a major user-facing product
• Track record building B2B SaaS, productivity, workflow, collaboration or knowledge-management products
• Strong product and design judgment simplifying complex workflows and information architecture
• Experience taking products from early definition through scaling, adoption and refinement
• Strong growth instincts improving activation, onboarding, engagement or retention
• Ability to operate with high agency in fast-moving ambiguous environment
• Deep customer orientation translating feedback into broadly useful decisions
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design and GTM
