Requirements

• 8-10+ years of brand design experience in high-quality, craft-driven environments
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, hierarchy, composition, and art direction
• Proven ability to design across web, print, OOH, experiential, presentations, and campaign systems
• Experience leading projects from concept through final execution
• Strong art direction instincts, including photography, layout, and visual storytelling
• High level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work quickly and decisively in fast-paced environments
• Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining standards
