Requirements

• 8+ years (Staff) in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, with a portfolio that demonstrates best work
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, intuitive language for expert audiences
• Deep understanding of voice, tone, and content systems, with a strong sense of writing craft
• Ability to design AI experiences and use AI-assisted tools to scale content quality
• Ability to move between content details and broader strategy while maintaining high pace and quality
• Ability to clearly articulate system decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners
• Strong opinions, loosely held, comfortable challenging conventions as discipline evolves
• Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and bringing structure where it doesn't exist
