Requirements

• 8+ years in product security, application security or security-focused software engineering
• Track record identifying and remediating vulnerabilities via CVEs, bounties or research
• Experience delivering high-quality production software end to end independently
• Experience leading complex cross-functional security initiatives
• Ability to handle prioritization and tradeoff discussions with senior leadership
• Excellent communication translating security risks into business terms for stakeholders
• Skilled at measuring and communicating security metrics and business risk reduction
• Experience mentoring junior and senior engineers across engineering
