Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building scalable backend systems or internal developer platforms
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages with strong backend fundamentals and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, test frameworks, and load and performance testing
• Hands-on experience with containers and infrastructure as code such as Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi or Terraform
• Track record of high-quality, well-tested code and software development best practices
• Proven technical leadership across ideation, design, implementation and productionization
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with passion for improving developer experience
