Requirements

• 8+ years of Web Engineering experience owning technical architecture at staff-level scope
• Deep back-end and systems expertise beyond front-end specialization
• Strong command of React/Next.js, TypeScript and server-side rendering with Node, Python or comparable
• Experience architecting headless CMS platforms like Sanity or Contentful at scale
• Proven record operating reliable production systems with CI/CD, IaC, observability and performance optimization
• Fluency with SQL/NoSQL, caching, queuing, API and webhook patterns for marketing and GTM systems
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production web experiences and mentoring engineers autonomously
