Requirements

• 8+ years of web development experience with back-end and systems depth and staff-level architecture ownership
• Strong command of modern web stack with React/Next.js, TypeScript, SSR plus back-end depth in Node, Python or similar
• Experience architecting and operating headless CMS and content platforms at scale including schema design and publishing workflows
• Proven experience building reliable production systems with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability and performance optimization
• Fluency with data fundamentals including SQL/NoSQL, caching, queuing, and API/webhook integrations for marketing and GTM systems
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production web experiences or content workflows
• Ability to mentor engineers, influence cross-functionally, and operate autonomously as the deepest technical voice
