Requirements

• 10+ years post-BS/MS in product-focused software engineering at Staff level or above
• Depth in full-stack, backend, or agents/AI with range outside core area
• Experience building scalable, extensible systems supporting multiple product lines
• Track record shipping intuitive products in fast-growing SaaS with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic systems including harnesses, tool use, memory and evals
• History influencing and aligning engineers and leaders beyond direct scope
