Requirements

• 10+ years post-BS/MS in product-focused software engineering at Staff level or above
• Depth in full stack, backend, or agents/AI with range outside specialty
• Experience building scalable, extensible systems supporting multiple product lines
• Track record shipping intuitive products in fast-growing SaaS with strong attention to detail
• Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, Python, or related technologies
• For AI focus: hands-on shipping of agentic systems including harnesses, tool use, memory and evals
• Embraces AI coding tools as core part of how you ship
• History influencing and aligning engineers and leaders beyond direct scope
• Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge
