Requirements

• 4-7 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience with a focus on technology and software categories
• Track record negotiating enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or security tooling agreements
• Understanding of software commercial models: per-seat and usage-based pricing, committed spend, tiers, discounts and true-ups
• Strong analytical skills: unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling and benchmarking
• Working knowledge of MSAs, order forms, SOWs and DPAs; comfortable driving redlines with Legal
• Clear, direct communicator with executives and across the negotiating table
• Hands-on experience running sourcing in a procure-to-pay platform, Zip preferred
• AI fluency using AI tools for redlining, negotiation prep, benchmarking and vendor analysis
• Comfortable operating at pace with high deal volume, ambiguity and a bias toward execution
