Requirements

• 2-3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm owning analytical workstreams
• Exceptional quantitative analysis skills with Excel/Sheets; BI tools or SQL a plus
• Track record building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy in professional services
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with bias to action and curiosity about AI
