Requirements

• 10+ years owning learning and development at a law firm or legal department or launching a lawyer training program
• Deep craft in adult learning and instructional design for expert professionals
• Deep understanding of lawyer development, apprenticeship model, competence levels and CLE/CPD frameworks
• Track record changing how autonomous professionals work with reinforcement and measurement
• Credibility with partners, firm and in-house leadership
• Built programs and frameworks that others ran without you
