Requirements

• 6+ years of payroll experience, preferably with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Bachelors degree (Business or related preferred)
• CPP highly preferred
• Experience implementing or operating within a Workday HRIS environment
• Experience with payroll accounting and tax
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving attitude with ability to adapt and work under pressure
• Sense of urgency around US payroll and comfort supporting multiple time zones
