Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience with portfolio of strong social content
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve including captions, graphics, color correction, audio mixing and channel exports
• Strong editorial judgment to find story in footage and recommend hooks, pacing and structure
• Experience developing recurring social formats using audience response to inform edits
• Hands-on shooting skills for interviews, executive content and events including camera, lighting and audio
• Experience balancing planned programming with short timelines and delivering finished work on schedule
• Clear communication, reliable media organization, and judgment to flag scope issues early
• Flexibility for planned event coverage, travel, and occasional early or late shoots
