Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program or project management leading cross-functional programs
• Strong program design and playbook-building instincts with scalable standards
• Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at national or global scale
• Strong command of project management fundamentals across scope, schedule, budget and risk
• Experience partnering with construction, real estate or facilities teams on moves or buildouts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on, get-it-done approach
• Based in New York and able to work on-site with willingness to travel
