Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management leading cross-functional programs
• Experience with health & safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability or systems/tooling rollouts
• Strong program design and playbook-building instincts that scale across regions
• Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at national or global scale
• Strong command of project fundamentals including scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder communication
• Experience partnering with construction, real estate or facilities teams on moves or buildouts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, get-it-done approach
