Requirements
- 2-5 years in strategy consulting, startup operations, VC, or founder/associate role
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Experience managing high volume of competing priorities for a senior stakeholder
- Confident with modern tools including Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs and AI assistants
- Highly organized, disciplined and calm under pressure with strong follow-through
- Handles confidential information with discretion
