Requirements
- 5+ years in backend development with production Python, using coding agents without dropping quality
- Built test, QA or evaluation tooling relied on by other teams
- Operated distributed systems on Kubernetes in public cloud, AWS preferred
- Built and shipped end-to-end systems including REST or GraphQL APIs and external integrations
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and message queues like SQS, RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Instrumentation with metrics, tracing and monitoring from the start
